Billing and payments¶
How Mango Inference billing works and how to manage your payment method.
Billing model¶
Standard accounts are prepaid. You hold a balance, usage meters against it at the rates in Models and pricing, and you top it up before it runs out. See Credits and balance.
That makes spend self-limiting: the most an account can spend is what is on it. It also makes an empty balance an outage, so treat the balance as something to monitor, not something to check when requests start failing.
Whether a postpaid or invoiced arrangement is available for larger accounts is not published. Ask, rather than assume, if prepayment does not fit how your organization buys.
Payment methods¶
Which payment methods are accepted, and whether invoicing or a purchase order is available for larger accounts, is not published here. Set it up, or ask what is possible, through Discord or support@mangoboost.io before you depend on a specific method.

Invoices and receipts¶
Receipts and billing history are in the console under Billing. If you need a document in a particular form (a VAT invoice, a PO reference, a specific billing entity), ask at support@mangoboost.io; that is not something the console generates on its own.
