Signing in

How to sign in to the Mango Inference console at https://inference.mangoboost.io, and what happens when an email you use already has an account.

Ways to sign in

One email address is one account. An account can have any of these sign-in methods:

Method How
Email and password Enter them on the sign-in page.
Google Select Continue with Google.
GitHub Select Continue with GitHub.

Add Google or GitHub to an account you already have

  1. On the sign-in page, select Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub, and sign in with that provider.
  2. If the provider's email address already has a Mango Inference account, you see This email already has an account. Select Continue.
  3. On Confirm it's you, sign in to your existing account: enter its password, or select the provider it already uses. Only a provider the account already uses works here.
  4. You're signed in, and the new provider now works for this account. We email you to confirm it was added.

If you forgot your password at step 3, select Forgot password?, set a new one, then start again from step 1.

You signed up with Google or GitHub and try a password

Your account has no password yet, so signing in with one fails. Either:

  • Select Continue with Google or Continue with GitHub, the way you signed up.
  • Or select Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter the code we email you. It adds a password as another way to sign in.

If you try to create a new account with that email instead, you get an email telling you which method the account uses.

If a sign-in method you don't recognize was added

We email you whenever a sign-in method is added to or removed from your account. If you didn't do it, reset your password and contact support@mangoboost.io.
