General support¶
Have a question, or hit something that looks like a bug? Join the Mango Inference Discord community, where you can:

- Request features
- Report bugs
- Talk directly to the Mango Inference team and other users

Feature requests¶
Request a new model¶
Ask in Discord and tell us which model you want deployed. We take requests for new and popular models.
Discord is the intake path. There is no form and no request queue in the console, and no published turnaround. A model request lands best with the model ID you want, roughly what volume you would put through it, and what you are using today instead.
Product feedback¶
For performance questions, or to discuss optimization and hardware options for a specific workload, reach us through Discord or support@mangoboost.io.
There is no performance-tuning guide in these docs to point you at, so this is genuinely a conversation rather than a page to read. Bring your model, your prompt and completion sizes, and your latency or throughput target.
Deployment regions¶
Mango Inference does not publish which regions serve inference, and there is no region selector on a request. If your workload has a residency requirement (a jurisdiction your data may not leave, a compliance regime you have to evidence), treat it as unanswered rather than as a detail to confirm later, and ask before you build: support@mangoboost.io.

Enterprise and larger accounts¶
There is no separate enterprise support channel published today, so the addresses above are the only ones. For the things larger accounts usually need settled first (a data-processing agreement, invoiced billing, a rate-limit increase, a committed-capacity discussion), email support@mangoboost.io rather than asking in Discord, so there is a written thread.
